Giving to Our Program

By giving to the Duke Dementia Family Support Program of the Duke Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development, you are joining in our mission to help individuals with memory disorders and their families by providing information and services at no cost. We are a first responder service for NC families, professionals and organizations caring for someone with a memory disorder. Your support helps us to continue to provide services free of charge for people in our community and beyond. If you wish, you can memorialize a loved one or honor a caregiver who made a difference in the life of someone important to you.

The Duke Dementia Family Support Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Federal Tax ID number for the program is 56-0532129.
